U-Turn: Over and Done and Finished!

Thanks to all of you, my U-Turn exhibition at Gallery 3131 was a great success. I got wonderful critical feedback from so many people, and sold a majority of the work. The remaining pieces from the show will be going up around town starting January 2008. I enjoyed working with the folks at Gallery 3131, especially owner and curator Aaron Powers.

I am inspired and already launching into my next body of work, updates will be posted soon so sign up for blog updates if you want to see some work in progress.

Thanks again to you all, it is your support and enthusiasm that keeps me going.

Dave Matthews Video just released

Many of you may know that my "other life" involves design and audio/video production at our company Hype Schwartz, and recently Brin Addison (my other half) had the pleasure of working on a very cool music video project with Dave Matthews. The Incredible Feast - Support local farmers!

I was asked to donate a painting (at right: Fremont Bridge Study, 2005 11x14) to The Incredible Feast, which will help raise money to support local farmers. This event is really cool and all the proceeds go to support our local farms.

22 top chefs team up with 22 local farmers to create unique and exciting dishes featuring seasonal, sustainably-raised farm products - gourmet dishes range from meats, to seafood, to vegetables, to desserts, with local wines and microbrews.
